Get ready for New Student Registration and reserve your date to participate.

All incoming students must meet with an advisor to schedule their courses for the upcoming semester. This is how students complete the necessary steps to becoming a Pioneer!

Fall 2023 New Student Registration

Available by appointment until August 23rd

At your Registration Appointment, in addition to getting scheduled for fall classes, we will be providing you with a New Student Packet that includes documents and resources to cover all areas of interest and concern to students and parents! You will be able to ask questions and meet independently with financial aid or other departments following your registration appointment. We will provide you and your guest(s) with a meal voucher to use at the campus Steak ‘n Shake and our Starbucks kiosk will be open for any purchases you’d like to make there as well! Students and parents/guests are also welcome to take a tour at the conclusion of their appointment if interested!

Where should I check-in?

Please arrive on-time for your scheduled appointment. Students will check-in with their guest(s) in the lobby of the Whitaker Family Student Center.

Upon arrival, you will pass the Administration Building in front and continue around back to the Whitaker Family Student Center, located directly behind the clock tower.

Who should you bring?

We encourage that all students bring along their parent or guardian, family members, friends or other important guests to receive helpful information and to share in the events of the day!

What will you do at Priority Registration?

Students will meet their academic advisor and schedule their fall semester classes. Students will also be presented with important information regarding how to access their student portal and email which is critical to student success.

We encourage families to:

Confirm your housing assignments with Residence Life.
Speak with Financial Aid to finalize any financial aid awards.
Set-up payment plan options with Student Accounts.
Attend the TigerNet session with Enrollment to gain access to your student portal and email.
Optional campus tours available to see all that CU Harrodsburg has to offer.

Is lunch provided?

We will provide vouchers for a free meal at the Steak 'n Shake in our Student Center at the conclusion of Registration Day.
